派克RE*W系列直动式比例溢流阀的结构:比例溢流阀由锥形阀芯和相应的阀芯座及比例电磁铁组成。来自放大板的命令信号可以调定所需的压力。比例电磁铁可把放大板的输出电流转变为力的输出,作用在阀芯上。压力范围与电磁铁的输出力相对应。 Parker比例溢流阀的原理:在失电条件下,阀处于卸荷状态。其上的zui小压力取决于通过阀的流量。当比例电磁得电时,产生电磁力,压力升高,直到作用在阀芯的电磁力与液压力平衡。
